Has it seem to you at times that you had a
lost day, or maybe days?

You set out with an intention to get something done,
but you decide to watch a little TV for a few minutes.
Next thing you know a few hours go by, then it seems
as if the whole day is gone.

Funny thing is that same thing can happen with other
things besides watching TV.  But the real question is
how do you overcome it?
